ABOUT NEIL WAHLGREN
Mr. Wahlgren brings nearly two decades of leadership in operations and capital markets, having raised over $250M in equity for real estate investments. Prior to MAG Capital Partners, he led a Bay Area real estate investment firm, closing several hundred million in projects. In his early years, Mr. Wahlgren logged over 2,500 flight hours piloting the C-130 in the Air Force and Navy. Following combat tours to Iraq and Afghanistan, he concluded his military career as a Lieutenant Commander. He holds a BS from the Air Force Academy, an MBA from Texas A&M, and an MS from Troy University.
